Rental Options & Pricing
1. Long-Term Rental (11 Months)
• Available for a renewable 11-month contract, with the possibility of extension if all goes well.
• The landlord has comprehensive landlord insurance, which requires proof of income from tenants for policy coverage. Please note we ask for 2 months deposit and 1 month rent in advance.
2. Seasonal Rental (Minimum 1 Month)
• What is classed as a seasonal rental? This is a temporary, non-residential tenancy agreement designed for holidaymakers, digital nomads, remote workers, or anyone requiring temporary housing for a specific period without establishing permanent residency.
• June to September Rate: €1,800 per month (excluding utility bills).
• Other Months Rate: €1,200 per month (excluding utility bills).

Mandatory Costs & Deposits
• Standard Deposit: 1 month's rent (plus the full cost of the stay upfront).
• Dog Deposit (If applicable): €150 refundable pet deposit.
• Important Note on Deposits: Please note that it may take some time to return your deposit at the end of your stay, as the local water bills are only issued every 3 months.
• Checkout Cleaning Fee: €180 per stay (includes professional cleaning, fresh towels, and bed linen).
